What skills and attributes do female leaders bring to create diverse leadership at management level?
Companies now engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including shareholders, customers, business partners, society, employees and even the environment. And for companies like MUFG to succeed and thrive at all times, we must continue to provide solutions that support and sustain our stakeholder’s interests. Female leaders provide a corporate lens and added perspective to these solutions that better balance “business economics” and “workplace empathy”. Such attributes can help shape companies towards a meaningful existence.
What does “choose to challenge” mean to you?
In times of crisis, many of us are presented with boundless opportunities. We find ourselves learning to lead and we leading to learn. There are simply no boundaries to how we can grow and overcome tough times.
What are you really, really good at?
I believe I am best able to synthesise ideas and concepts and articulate them.
