Sean is an experienced HR Recruiter partnering the Asia HR community for years, specialising in senior level appointments. As Head of Asia at Frazer Jones, he divides his time between Singapore & Hong Kong offices overseeing Frazer Jones’ regional business strategy across South East Asia, Greater China, Japan, Korea and India.
He is actively executing HR retained searches, partnering with CEOs and CHROs to appoint their regional Heads of HR and build their regional and country HR teams with salaries ranging from SGD200k to SGD500k. His extensive experience has enabled him to recruit across numerous sectors delivering recruitment solutions for Asian conglomerates, Global MNCs, Private Equities, Start-ups and SMEs across all sectors.
Prior to that, he had cut his teeth in executive search at an International Executive Search Group. There, he headed up HR & Technology practices with teams of 10+ consultants. He was also part of the Senior Leadership Team, a consistent top performer and made it for ‘Platinum Club’ in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Before entering into the executive search industry, Sean's career was in Corporate Advisory (M&A - IPO), during which time he has worked in China, Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Outside of work, like a true Singaporean, Sean loves his food (real gastronaut), is a keen traveller and spends quality time with his wife and two daughters. A dedicated father, husband and lifelong gamer.
