Our client is a top tier, US headquartered FinTech firm with a well established, high caliber talent acquisition team. We are looking for a strategic and ambitious recruiter and you will be part of a high-performance working environment, partnering with the brightest minds in the business.
Reporting into the Regional Head of Recruitment you will partner with senior stakeholders across Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia to hire into their commercial teams.
Your responsibilities will include:-
- Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, identifying the best talent in the industry
- Building relationships with stakeholders, providing consultative advice on the market, influencing and coaching on talent attraction
- Utilizing data from internal and external sources to inform decision making
- Partnering with recruitment agencies to ensure full coverage of the market and insights
- Ensure an effective working relationship with HR counterparts
- Take a proactive approach related to talent management and talent pipelining
We are looking for an experienced commercial recruiter with experience of working in a complex, MNC environment, that can be strategic and hands-on, with the ability to keep up with a fast paced organisation.
