Managing the attraction budget, delivering analysis on ROI and channel effectiveness
Developing strategic relationships with Procurement and key suppliers to obtain the best value for services.
Adopting an Insight led approach to developing attraction strategies or campaign plans, utilising market, industry, demographic and competitor insights alongside hiring and ROI analytics.
Developing and maintain effective working relationships with TA teams to understand objectives and demand in order to deliver aligned solutions
Driving best practice job advertising and ensure a full understanding and reflection of the Employee value proposition.
Ensuring diversity & inclusion is considered and woven throughout all Attraction activities
Drive understanding and support for attraction strategies and solutions in all stakeholder interactions and be recognised as an expert in candidate attraction and recruitment marketing.
Partners with Talent Attraction leads to ensure alignment in the deployment of the Talent Attraction strategy and global standards defined.
Working alongside the key stakeholders to plan our sourcing strategy for the individual programmes
Working closely with Marketing and Talent teams to implement marketing recruitment campaigns
Identify appropriate platforms to use to attract the individuals programme utilising the right marketing recruitment campaigns at the right time.
