Our client, a premier leader & disrupter in the learning space, is looking for a Benefits Manager in support of their ~3,000 employees (and growing!). Reporting to their newly appointed Head of Benefits & Compensation, you will lead benefits programs to create and maintain a workplace that supports a company culture of well-being. In this role, you will be responsible for design, development, execution and management of comprehensive benefits programs to support and enhance the health, well-being, and quality of life of employees and their families. This covers health and welfare, retirement, vendor management, compliance, renewals, projects, communications, LOA and beyond. The role manages 3 direct reports which provides an excellent opportunity for leadership. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in benefits, and Leave of Absence administration combined with extensive knowledge of applicable laws. Team management experience preferred but not required. The role provides a hybrid schedule onsite 3 days a week at the downtown NYC offices.
