Business Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d)
As Business Talent Acquisition Manager (f/m/d) your responsibilities will include but won't be limited to:
- End to End recruitment of specialists within your field of expertise
- Grow and develop strong meaningful relationships with stakeholders across the business and seen as the subject matter expert for everything recruitment related
- Organisation and support of the full interview process
- Act as a positive ambassador of your company and create a meaningful candidate experience
- Create innovative sourcing strategies
- Assist in developing a unique employer branding strategy
Ideally your profile will contain the following:
- Several years of work experience as an inhouse recruiter
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management experience with the ability to effectively influence
- Excellent network ideally with experience in recruiting candidates with a technological background
- Creativity in problem-solving, resourcefulness, ability to be detail-oriented, strong organisational skills
- Strong direct resourcing skills and candidate-centric recruitment
- Business fluent German and English skills
