This is a fun and past-paced role that will see you not only partnering with the Campus Recruitment team to support the Graduate and Intern hiring process but also play a pivotal role in the design and facilitation of student and campus events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and perform skills assessment tests
- Attend University events and career fairs
- Manage relationships with key contacts across university careers services
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve the selection process
- Design and facilitate both in-house and on-campus events
- Develop attraction strategies for university recruitment campaigns
Who we are looking for:
- 2-4 years experience in a graduate/campus related recruitment role
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or HR
- Results driven, self-starter
- Genuine interest in facilitating events
