As a Campus Recruiting Manager, you will be responsible in managing the early careers space within the technology and innovation division. You will partner closely with key stakeholders and provide advisory support targeting the improvement of prorgrammes and execute marketing strategies at career fairs and various channels to attract talent and promote the firm's brand. You will also manage the shortlisting and interviewing process for new hires, ensuring strong conversion rates to roles whilst managing a smooth and positive hiring experience for all candidates.
The suitable candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience within recruitment and prior experience working within campus/graduate hiring would be highly preferable. You should be comfortable liaising and communicating with key stakeholders within the business and able to think strategically and creatively. You should be passionate about improving processes, stepping out of your comfort zone to positively create change and impact for the business.
