Currently they are embarking on an exciting journey to reshape one of their largest business units to ensure they continue to deliver service excellence to their key customers.
Reporting into the CEO, the CHRO will be a key member of the executive team. As the HR lead for the region, you will have responsible for owning and driving the HR agenda and activities that will create results, enable growth and build upon the current success.
Leading change and developing capability within the HR team will be essential, key priorities will include Organisational Design to realign the operations with strategic objectives, redesign reward structures to ensure a consistent approach, develop and launch national development programmes that will help attract some of the best talent in the market.
Leadership of the HR function will be of equal importance element, embedding the culture, values, behaviours and key performance indicators to help drive a quality focused HR team.
To be successful in this role you will need to establish yourself quickly to instil confidence in those around you and develop strong working relationships, especially with the CEO, CFO and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. You will have substantial HR leadership experience and have driven HR transformation in the past. This role is only open for UAE nationals.
