Our client, a highly successful and growing financial firm with just under 1,000 employees is confidentially seeking a top notch benefits & payroll leader. The company has doubled in size in the past year and looking for a strategic thinker to help upskill the function in these areas. Reporting to a global head of operations who sits overseas; you will have a significant amount of autonomy in the role while managing two direct reports (1 domestic, 1 abroad). Qualified candidates will possess strong knowledge of benefits on both domestic & global level and have some exposure to payroll combined with proven business acumen as the company culture is results-oriented. Ability to be strategic with solutions yet tactical to manage the day-to-day function will be critical for success. *7-10+ years of experience with both domestic & global benefits
*Benefits responsibilities include but not limited to: strategy, open enrollment, health & welfare, 401k, pension, compliance/legislation, meetings, communications, vendor management, billing, projects, on a global & domestic basis
*Ability to manage 2 direct reports (prior management experience preferred)
*Exposure to payroll
*Business & results orientation; ability to present to senior leadership via Excel, PowerPoint decks, etc. in a clear & concise manner with high degree of impact
