Our client, an aviation maintenance company, is looking for and HR On-boarding Contractor to join their team in Teterboro, NJ. The contract will be open ended and is being brought on to help to support all aspects of an employee's onboarding from facilitation to data entry.

This organization views the employee on-boarding experience as one of the most critical moments in an employee's lifecycle. This person will be tasked with ensuring that an employee's work space is set up prior to their arrival on site. They will also facilitate and employee's orientation, then perform all necessary data entry and audit their files as needed. To be considered for this position you should have at least one year of HR experience. You should be able to successfully navigate an HRIS system, while maintaining an approachable demeanor. You should also be familiar with employee files, i9 forms, and be able to pull HR reports as needed.
