A new and exciting E-Commerce brand is looking to create a new role for a Data Scientist/Analyst to support in their pay reporting across APAC as part of the Compensation & Benefits team. This is not a standard C&B role!..

This person will gather and evaluate quantitative and qualitative compensation related data sets to provide essential benchmarking data and reports. You will design, develop and evaluate innovative predictive models for forecasting purposes, and share findings & recommendations with HR and the business.

You will enable this exciting business to grow further and get the best talent on the market - before they are even needed! Helping the business to foresee future talent trends and create user-friendly reports with actionable items.

You will play a big part in critical HR projects and will have excellent stakeholder management and project management skillsets. This role is at the forefront of design and development of compensation standards that will determine the future of work within the business.

Ambitious international growth plans, you will advise on APAC market trends and data for new business lines and offices to enable strategic and commercial decision making. This role sits within the Compensation & Benefits team as part of their People function.

Essential: Demonstratable 'hands-on' data manipulation skills, including working with complex data structures and queries & predictive analytics.

Desirable: Strong Mathematics, Economics or Statistics background.
