We have a current opportunity for a eLearning Manager working for a leading Financial Services organisation on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role as there is a requirement for an eLearning manager to join the L&D team to manage the demand, production and completion of eLearning modules across the group.
The initial focus will be to assess the current state of the Skillcast training and vendor relationship in order to improve the quality and applicability of the current learning modules and then manage the future demand for modules and the roll out.
The successful individual will be responsible for:
Establishing, maintaining and administering the company training and eLearning programme
Assisting support functions to plan and deliver effectively on their learning objectives
Being the eLearning platform relationship owner
Being the liaison for eLearning related queries
Helping to drive a project to evaluate the company's current learning platforms
The successful candidate will have experience in the following:
Experience of planning group-wide training programmes
Experience of financial services environment
Experience of regulatory training agendas, particularly in the Compliance space (e.g. per FCA requirements, SMCR, COBS)
Familiarity with building and tailoring training content
Familiarity with administering eLearning platforms (e.g. Skillcast)
Familiarity with technology systems and tools, databases
Project experience desirable
