Your new company

We are working with a leading Financial Services organisation and employer of choice in Manchester, to recruit a permanent EMEA Benefits Manager. You will be responsible for recruiting, developing and leading a team of three.

Your new role

You will be responsible for managing the function, training/coaching the team and ensuring operational effectiveness by delegating correctly. You will be responsible for renewing all EMEA wide benefits, ensuring EMEA policies are up to date and managing the UK & Ireland Flex Benefits Annual Enrolment process. You will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting all outsourced UK third party activity: Flex benefit administration (Darwin online benefits portal), death-in-service claims, long-term disability claims, auto enrolment activity, interns auto enrolment process, pension contributions and pension allowances. As this organisation grow by acquisition you may also be involved in due diligence and the harmonisation of benefits where necessary. Finally, you will manage relationships with EMEA benefits vendors and third-party suppliers, holding regular meetings to review action logs, monitor performance against agreed KPIs and SLAs, and to ensure compliance with vendor assessments

What we're looking for

This is an exceptional opportunity for someone working within a benefits capacity to join a prestigious organisation at the inception of a Benefit Team in Manchester and play a pivotal part in the development and success of the function. You will need proven experience as a Benefits Manager gained within a large, ideally global, organisation with an international remit. You will need to demonstrate experience working in a delivery/operational managerial role. You will need excellent written and verbal communications skills with strong attention to detail. You need to be extremely efficient in order to manage your time but also the team delegating effectively. Advanced use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
