Our multinational client is currently searching for a talented professional with deep expertise in cloud-based HR Systems (pref for SAP) to take on an EMEA wide role, responsible for developing and implementing all HRIS roadmaps and solutions with the aim of supporting the wider Global HR strategy.
Based in Wroclaw (Poland), you will lead key HRIS projects, (including strategic reporting and data management), whilst improving the efficiency of current HR systems (PeopleSoft + SAP & SuccessFactors).
The EMEA HRIS Manager will be a trusted advisor to Business Leaders, coaching and advising on best practices and policies that will enable the overall success of the Global HR agenda, ultimately being part of a much larger and global HR function in a truly matrix setup.
The role combines both deep hands-on technical knowledge of cloud-based HR systems, along with strategic data analysis, strong leadership and change management experience, which will allow you to influence and consult senior leaders on related topics.
It is essential that you have a proven background within the HRIS space, having been hands-on in relation with HRIS projects, data analysis and strategy, including a deep understanding of the technical aspects of a cloud-based HR system (better if SAP).
