About Our Client
Our client is a renowned household brand in the IT space with a global outreach. In order to build a sustainable and "happy" business, they are currently looking for an employee experience lead to look into enhancing the overall employee experience.
This role focuses on designing and implementing programs and initiatives that will enhance the Employee Experience (EX) agenda. You will help to identify champions within the business that will work hand-in-hand with you to help reinforce company culture, objectives will be maximizing employee engagement. Through proper planning with the HR Director and working through your champions, you will help to raise the engagement scores and to build a strong employer branding. There would be internal/external communications work that you will partner very closely with the PR team to share success stories, developments and changes within the organization.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should possess minimally 4 years of employee experience experience, equipped with a degree in communications or its equivalence. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills given the need to engage the employees and be active with presentations. The ideal individual should have the tenacity and grit to network beyond their stakeholder's work through people to champion the overall employee experience.
