This leading retailer which represents some of Australia's best loved brands is looking for an Employee Relations Specialist on an interim basis to support to the wider HR team during a busy time.
This role will be responsible for providing sound advice, coaching and support to managers/leaders nationally on employee relations matters.
You will lead investigations on wide range of ER issues from performance management to workplace harassment, misconduct, bullying and other complex matters.
You will partner will managers across the business nationally and will act as the specialist in areas of interpretation of awards/enterprise agreements and employment legislation.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced ER Specialist who enjoys dealing with high volume casework, to make an impact in a relatively short space of time. In return you will work with a high performing team of HR professionals in a supportive environment.
