Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be provided with a great learning platform. They are looking for a talented Employee Relations Specialist to join a team that is creating and adding value to the wider organisation and enhancing the employee experience.
The successful candidate will provide support to the team and manage his/her cases end to end, arrive at fair conclusions and help minimise risk for the organisation. Collect relevant data and provide trends and reports to identify ER hotspots and risks and provide a proactive ER service to serve both the business and HR. This person will liaise with any appropriate employee representatives where needed. You will be an influencer and work collaboratively with the team and the business to support in any complex employee relations cases such as performance management, misconduct, grievances, absence etc.; manage people and process to ensure ER cases are resolved in a smooth and timely manner; raise internal awareness and capability of best practices for employee relations to feed into the positive working culture and organisational style.

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in the startup space. You will have successfully coached and supported managers in resolving casework and will have the ability to deal with complex cases. Stakeholder management is crucial within this position in order to build strong working relationships across the business as well as also being able to facilitate conflict resolution and diffuse situations where necessary.
