This is a short term 4 month FTC for a business based in Bristol in a position that will focus solely on employment contracts.
Reporting to an HR Business Partner, you will work internally with senior stakeholders and externally with the appointed Employment Law solicitors to review and update all employment contracts and harmonise these across the business.
As such you will need strong experience and understanding of employment contracts, employment law terminology, and able to create templates and explain complex causes in a simplified and accurate way. You will be able to clearly evidence experience of employment contract harmonisation.
While this role is Bristol based there is little requirement to be in the office but due to the nature of the role you must be available to start immediately.
