My client is looking for an Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion Manager who is great at building relationships and who has the ability to work in a fast paced environment whilst balancing competing priorities. You'll have a strong understanding of promoting Equality & Diversity and will have an awareness of global and cultural issues.

The business is looking for a driven individual to contribute to the on-going development of the L&D function. You will be working with, and directly supporting the Senior Head of Learning and Organisational Development team for continuous improvement.

This role will focus on introducing initiatives which foster a high performance diverse culture, where learning, continuous improvement and innovation are the norm. Working closely with both the Innovation team and People and Learning Business Partnering team, you will identify opportunities for organisational improvement and turn those opportunities into solutions. Managing internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and coordinating with internal resources, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in a high profile role.

You will have previous experience in an engagement, inclusion and diversity role either managing projects in this space as a specialism or as a integral part of your HR role. You'll have excellent interpersonal skills and will be confident dealing with stakeholders across multiple teams. You'll be confident using data and will have experience of creating reports and recommendations for stakeholders from analytics data. You will be able to evidence your experience working on and implementing projects of scale.
