Our client, a noted global professional services firm ranked among the top in its field, is seeking a Global Benefits Program Manager to join their world class global benefits function.
In this role, you will drive the firm's increased utilization of their benefits, while making recommendations to create and shape new and cutting-edge offerings across health and wellness and retirement. The ideal candidate will be a benefits expert with experience communicating, branding and socializing benefits to professional organizations (in writing and in person presentations), who also possesses knowledge of the legislative and competitive market landscape, able to drive implementation within the department. You'll also be highly tech-savvy and able to maximize resources and retention opportunities through tech design/rollouts in concert with the IT department, and strong vendor managmement and guarantee continuous communication to promote new offerings while providing guidance to leaders on Benefits issues.
Critical competencies include:
Ability to research, analyze, and uncover opportunities to push a strong overall benefits offering to the next level
Experience training stakeholders on benefits communications or implementation, with a strong focus on marketing, branding and other awareness initiatives both internal and externally as a talent attraction mechanism
Knack for uncovering internal relationships and working across a global matrix to understand and respond to challenges, ideally directly related to a provider or firm's benefits offerings
Strong writing and communications skills, and the ability to manage one direct resource (a content writer)
Creative and innovative mindset and evidence of strong technical orientation
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required with a minimum of six (6) years of Employee Benefits experience experience is desired. A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory/management experience is desired.
Ability to travel 10-20% as needed
