We are currently partnering with a growing global fintech company HQ in Hong Kong. The organisation consists of circa 380 employees globally with plans to expand to 1000 in the next few years. Due to extensive growth of the organisation across a number of countries spread geographically, the organisation is looking for Global Chief HR Officer (CHRO) to join the HR function in a new role.
Reporting directly in to the CEO, the CHRO will implement a global HR Strategy, drive HR Projects (OD, culture, wellbeing etc), working directly with the leadership team to coach and advise them while also overseeing the HR function end-to-end. This includes coverage of; Talent Management, Learning & Development, Reward (Compensation, Benefits and Payroll), HR Operations, HR Change and Talent Acquisition supported by a team of circa 10 at present. This is a strategic and operational with the organisation operating on a relatively lean basis.
This individual will have a combination of experience working in a highly regarded global financial services organisation as well as an entrepreneurial growing Tech or Fintech organisation throughout your career. They will be an accomplished CHRO or Head of HR with experience operating in a global role with in a fast paced, global matrix environment. This individual will be credible, have excellent stakeholder and team management skills. You will be numerate (managing complex commission schemes and comp packages) and comfortable setting up and implementing new global initiatives from scratch within an entrepreneurial environment. The ability to speak Mandarin is required.
