Our client is exciting new brand in the CPG arena with premier PE backing and a global presence. The new CHRO is building a People function and critical to this is securing the Global Director of HR Operations to lead on C&B, Payroll, HRIS and Analytics across more than 20 countries.
This position will be responsible for building and managing a team of more than 5 and will be architect in designing processes and operations that are the HR infrastructure of the organization. You will lead on several projects regarding HR Systems, Benefit and Payroll changes in 2022 and will be responsible for internal stakeholder management and communications.
We are looking for HR/Reward leaders with experience in US payroll oversight, experience working in countries outside of the US and those who thrive in entrepreneurial environments. You will have strong team management skills and be experience in juggling multiple projects.
