I am supporting a high growth data insights business to hire a Global Head of HR. The business currently employs 1500 staff across 12 locations and will continue to grow with further acquisitions. This growth needs to be underpinned by delivering a technology enabled HR function, This role reports into the CPO and will directly manage in country HR across LATAM, North America and Europe. The business are 12 months into a Workday rollout and there is a real appetite to evolve the employee experience . Whilst this role will be the process owner for HR operations its critical this person has a broader generalist HR background and a appreciation for great business partnering as well as COE's. The role will act as the deputy to the CPO and will help to contribute to the broader HR strategy.
Based in London this role will have 5 direct reports with an additional 8 indirect. The majority of these roles will be in markets. The role will be responsible for driving global as well as local HR policy, act as front line owner and escalation point of all ER activity whilst developing advisory capability within the team. Given the likely M&A activity this role could also involve TUPE and OD. The role will be a data and process owner and will drive capability and use of Workday.
The client is looking for candidates with experience of rapid capability building in a high growth and global environment. Whilst HR operations is a critical part of this role a broader generalist HR background is required. You will have significant ER and HR policy expertise and have prior people management experience.
