An innovative Top 100 law firm is looking to hire a Graduate Recruitment and Development Advisor to sit within their London-based team and fully own the trainee recruitment and development functions. In this role, you will report directly into the Human Resources Director and will manage the full recruitment and development processes for the firm's trainees. This is an incredible opportunity for someone passionate about the Early Talent space and wanting to take a step up to managing the full process.
In this role, you will be fully responsible for the end-to-end graduate recruitment process and you will be in charge of the trainees' development. You will be their HR contact and responsible for any HR-related queries and activities that come about during their two-year training programme. You will be sitting in a close-knit team of creative and friendly HR professionals while being responsible for the firm's Early Talent.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience managing the graduate recruitment for a professional services firm, as well as more generalist exposure. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who started in a generalist capacity, moved more into the Early Talent space, and now would like to focus their career on Graduate Recruitment and Development. High organisational skills and strong attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
The firm have offices across the UK, with their headquarters being based in Chancery Lane, and you will have the opportunity to travel to the other offices when coordinating recruitment and development events. They are offering up to £45,000 for the right candidate.
