We are excited to assist our client, a European professional services company spread across 20 regions and established for over 100 years, on a Learning Manager position. Your role will be a vital part of the Group, working closely with countries in SEA, India and Africa to formulate and design the learning scope for the entire Group as a whole across all different business units. Within this opportunity, you will be at the forefront of implementing continuous learning for the firm whilst acting as a key individual to change the philosophy of the learning piece throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
Partnering closely with the learning delivery and resources team, you will be responsible for designing new learning programmes with the aim of identifying and filling the gaps within the learning piece whilst managing and creating a compelling proposition to create a bespoke learning journey for employees. You will build on and use existing processes in place as well as partner with relevant stakeholders to formulate and design new pieces where required.
Essential: Ideally, you should come experienced within the L&D area, with a good understanding and hands-on experience on the creation of learning programmes and possess an in depth understanding of a learning function within a structured organization. You should be creative in your approach to work, finding ways to upskill and improve the status quo as well as be able to manage and curate different learning plans for a diversified talent pool.
