I am supporting a hugely exciting fintech business in hiring a Head of People Partnering. The organisation is growing at pace and will be moving into Series C funding in 2021. The role will be based at their Headquarters in London, they currently employ 250 staff.
This role will report into the CPO and will be responsible for managing the organisational health and employee lifecycle. Managing a team of 4, you will look to establish a proactive business partnering approach within the team. The organisation is continuing to develop COE capability and the People Partnering team will look to support in both tactical and strategic HR. You will be heavily involved in organisation design, ensuring the business is well placed to grow in a sustainable and deliberate way. Having completed several acquisitions, you will be tasked with managing the full integration.
To be successful in this role you will have previously worked in high growth, technology enabled organisations. A key focus of this role is organisational health and organisational design. You will need to provide relevant examples in these areas, combined with a strong generalist and Business Partnering background. Experience of upskilling teams either directly or indirectly will also be essential
