We are delighted to be retained by one of the worlds leading broadcast media companies who's output spans multi-award-winning shows on both the small and big screen. The awards cabinet at this incredible business are full of Emmy's, BAFTA's, NTA's and many, many more. They're now keen to recruit a Head of Reward, or Senior Reward Manager to join their London office (West End) and support them across their total reward landscape, helping to implement the reward strategy as well as providing comp data, reports, and rigorous analysis. Reporting into the HR Director, you will deliver the annual reward cycle internationally with a particular focus on annual pay review, delivery of Short and Long-Term incentive plans, salary surveys, benchmarking, compensation proposals and modelling of pay scenarios for executive hires. You will have responsibility for the smooth operation of the Executive and Staff Bonus Schemes internationally, working with both the CFO and HR D for the target setting and communication of annual targets to the business and work with the CFO for LTIP calculations and accruals. You will act as the SME for all Reporting and Benchmarking across the business, being responsible for annual Gender Pay Gap, Equal Pay calculations, reporting and analysis and ensuring HR compensation data for senior executives is up-to-date and analysis/reporting is produced for shareholders and stakeholders from the parent company. Additionally, you will manage the annual WTW submissions process and perform competitive market data analysis for salary review and comp planning. As a result, the business is looking to meet senior reward managers who are comfortable working as an individual contributor, can perform all BAU cyclical compensation activities but are also comfortable in facing off to senior stakeholders and coaching non-technicians on reward concepts and best practice. Key experience required is a proven track record of total reward within a global organisation using both cash and deferred compensation instruments, experience of dealing with intricate compensation data, ownership of LTIP's and STIP's and market data is essential, as is proven familiarity of preparing global compensation reports at Senior Level. In the first instance, please contact Peter Francis at Frazer Jones for more information.
