We are currently partnering with a hugely exciting and scaling blockchain technology organisation to hire a Head of Talent. The Head of Talent will partner with the CEO to drive the successful scale up of the organisation and be responsible for developing the recruitment infrastructure and talent acquisition strategy.
As the first Talent Acquisition hire the Head of TA will be responsible for developing recruitment processes and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from designing job descriptions and adverts to offer management. Alongside delivering on key hires the Head of TA will also be responsible for partnering with leadership and hiring managers to understand business objectives and develop hiring plans. They will also leadon developing employer branding and EVP, building relevant external networks and ensuring excellent candidate and client experience.
Suitable candidates will have proven experience managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within a scaling, tech-driven organisation. You must be comfortable building recruitment processes, delivering on hires and also partnering with leadership on TA strategy.
