Frazer Jones are partnering exclusively with a leading FMCG business, who are on the hunt for a HR Operations Administrator to execute the administrative and transactional HR services for UK based employees on a 9 Month FTC.
- New starter administration
- Produce paperwork required by the team linked to employee joiners, movers and leavers, including life cycle events.
- Inputting data into the HR system for joiners, movers and leavers for own Business Units
- Input into the new starter, leaver and mover trackers, ensuring necessary documentation is received, checked and shared with other departments, as appropriate.
- Maintenance of data on the Sage HR, Payroll and ESS
- Demonstrates an ability to plan, organise and execute activities using own initiative.
- Applies attention to detail to all aspects of the role.
- Passion to learn and develop in an evolving HR environment.
- Has the ability to adapt communication style and content effectively based on the target audience.
