I am working with an international consultancy based in Bristol to help them recruit an HR Administrator on a 6-month fixed term contract. This is a great role for someone who is looking to gain invaluable skills and experience within a busy HR function.
Salary is £22'000 - £24'000 pro-rated.
Flexible and hybrid working is offered.
As the HR Administrator you will provide all administration support to the HR team on an international basis, this will include all administration around the employee lifecycle, starters, leavers, contracts, benefits, pre-employment checks as well as supporting on more complex matters around employee relations and redundancies in various countries. You will act as the first point of contact for all advice and guidance and will support on HR projects as and when required.
To be successful in this role you will have impressive administration skills along with a solid work history of operating within a busy and fast paced administration role. You will have an interest in HR and will be excited about starting your HR career. Your ability to manage high volumes of work and remain calm when under pressure will be of real interest for my client. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbal and written along with being highly organised, efficient and a proactive team player.
You will have excellent MS office skills and be driven to succeed and provide a first-class service to your clients.
