Are you looking to build your HR experience with a fast-growing organisation in central London?
I am delighted to be working with a leading student accommodation provider in their search for an HR Administrator. This is initially a fixed term contract for 6 months, paying £25-28,000.
This is a brand new role for the organisation, so you will be working alongside the HR Director on a day to day basis.
You will be tasked with being the first point of contact for HR queries, updating records on the database, compiling references, assisting with training activities, and providing support where needed. This will give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a busy HR function and be the main point of contact amongst colleagues.
There will also be some involvement with recruitment and training, such as managing applications, creating job descriptions and adverts, liaising with agencies, scheduling interviews, and managing the ATS. This will allow you to be part of the growth of the organisation and ensure a positive candidate experience for all new starters. You will therefore play an integral role in the onboarding process.
These will be your main tasks, and anything else ad-hoc that comes your way such as exit interviews, payroll, and reports.
Due to this being an interim role, I am only looking to speak with either experienced administrators looking to transition in to HR or HR Administrators available on short notice.
