I am delighted to be working on behalf of this reputable SME organisation based in Crawley in order to recruit a HR Advisor. This growing organisation pride themselves in offering a first-class and cost-effective solution within their industry sector.
This is an exciting time to be joining the business as they are going through a period of growth and the HR advisor will play a key role in supporting the business to achieve their ambitious goals and objectives.
As the HR advisor, you will report into the HR Manager and will be responsible for all generalist day to day HR activity. This will include all employee relations, disciplinary, grievance, conduct and capability. You will also manage all absence and performance management related tasks as well as updating all HR policies and procedures ensuring that these fall in line with current legislation and best practice. You will also be responsible for the entire employee lifecycle as well as advising and supporting managers with recruitment.
To be successful in this role you will need a solid background of operating as a HR Advisor within a fast paced SME environment. You will need to demonstrate your ability to manage high volume ER case loads and you will ideally have some multisite experience.
Your excellent communication, attention to detail and organisation skills along with your ability to work autonomously and think on your feet will be of great interest to this client.
