HR Advisor - Maternity Cover (7 months)
Our client is an international innovation funding consultancy firm which has been committed to support business performance improvement for over 20 years. In this fixed-term managerial position, you will provide essential support to both senior and junior employees, working with others to understand, implement, and assess HR initiatives in a wide variety of areas. You will play an exciting role in the firm's transition to a new International HR system, facilitating their growth. Working across 4 locations, your work will be highly varied, from collaborating closely with Talent Acquisition and Development Teams to data collection, analysis and employee administration.
You will utilise your HR Generalist background and managerial knowledge to achieve set goals, putting previous experience in HR policy development and implementation, as well as employee relations skillset, to good use. Matching the firm's innovativeness and motivation, you will need to show a desire to improve D&I and support wellbeing.
