Your internal stakeholders are located in the EMEA region. The HR Advisor EMEA is the go-to person for our internal managers and employees for day-to-day HR matters. Implementing critical projects, is one of your main goals.

  • Be the first point of contact for all HR general related matters;
  • Support and coach managers and team leaders in their leadership role;
  • Build and maintain a positive working relationship across the business;
  • Advise the managers on various ER-matters (e.g. performance management, sickness);
  • Accurate & smooth handling of incoming HR-related cases.
