This HR Associate, South-East Asia (up to SGD $100k) will work within a Forbes & Fortune, Global Insurer, a well-known brand, based in Singapore. The remit includes both Singapore and the region. Working within a small, fun, outgoing, diverse and professional HR team. They are very down to earth and refreshingly open regarding sector.
Career growth is important for this organisation, so the successful person would want to progress within the shared services team and be the future manager. This person would gear themselves up for this by deputising for the manager of the team and taking on stretch projects.
Responsibility for generalist HR operations; Onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, acting as a first line for employee queries, HR invoice processing, HR reporting, streamlining and enhancing HR operation processes. Acting as a support for the payroll manager and checking payroll in their absence and managing leave calculations. They outsource visa/EP processes. This is a progressive and highly collaborative firm that is diverse.
Essential: Proficiency in Excel. Positive 'can-do' attitude to work, an eye for detail, excellent prioritisation and customer service.
