You will be an integral part of a leading HR team within an international firm that has marked itself as a global leader within the Singapore financial market for decades. This is a valuable opportunity for a passionate HR analytics practitioner to make an impact to a growing team and be a part of exciting projects and processes.
As a key member within the HR analytics team, your responsibilities will include analyzing and interpreting large data and trends to generate actionable products and data for senior management and leaders within the firm. You will also partner closely with relevant stakeholders to identify business challenges and address solutions whilst participating in special projects and studies as needed. You will be required to influence and integrate existing HR systems and bring in new technologies and insights to establish an effective and efficient workforce whilst maintaining integrity of data.
Essential: The suitable candidate should have previous experience supporting or implementing previous HRIS systems with a passion for data and ability to think strategically and identify solutions where necessary. You should be forward thinking and able to think outside the box whilst being familiar with specific tools as well as being able to adapt to new ones.
