A leading global professional services firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join the team on an initial 9 - 12 month FTC with the view to be made permanent.
More specifically, as an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Being the first point of contact for employee queries such as; probation, exit interviews, maternity/paternity, flexible working, absence management etc.
- Supporting the HR Advisor's and Business Partner's with complex employee relations and HR issues
- Ensuring smooth handling of workflow to the HR admin team
- Maintaining the HR database
This is a very business facing, fast paced role so will require you to have HR generalist experience within the financial or professional services. You must also be highly organised, have great attention to detail and be able to build strong relationships with all level stakeholder.
