About the role
Reporting to the VP of HRBP, you will be managing end-to-end HR activities from on-boarding all the way up to off-boarding. This role supports the HRBP and will be the point of contact for any HR-related and ER-related matter for the front office portolfio. This person will work closely with COE's such as Recrutiment Team, Campus Team, Learning Team, and C&B team on managing the employee cycle as well as collaborative projects. This person will also be working closely with regional HR team outisde of Hong Kong on performance management practices.
The successful applicant
Ideally, you should have at least 6+ years of progressive HR experience having mastered the full end to end employee life cycle, and more recently have been managing business stakeholders. Given the individuals that you will be exposed to, strong interpersonal and communication skills is necessary in order to network and influence with the senior stakeholders. The individual should be equipped with the knowledge of local employment laws and must have the ability to work in a team.
