My client is an organisation that supports England's historic environment and people's ability to celebrate and visit its heritage estates. They are recruiting to appoint a HR Business Partner on a 15 month Maternity cover based in their London office
As the HR Business Partner for London you will support the client group based in the London oand Fort Cumberland offices. You will lead on the people strategy for your region and provide expert HR advise across the organisation advocating change and developing high levels of employee engagement. You will continue to embed the culture and transformation projects whilst establishing and maintaining our core values and ethos.
With a client group of 300 across London and Fort Cumberland you will partner with senior level stakeholder from head of to the CEO by providing HR solutions focused on their business plans. You will offer a pragmatic yet approachable method to tackling HR issues and have an excellent understanding of Employment Law and performance management. Within this role you will work on projects such as creating a new behavioural framework, talent strategy, performance management and upskilling of managers in addition you will have worked on an office move project.
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to be adaptable to working with stakeholders of all levels and coach, challenge and develop senior managers to be effective leaders. You will be naturally intuitive and comfortable being a self-starter. You will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience with a strong HR generalist background working with senior level managers up to Director level. You will have your CIPD or equivalent and excellent communication and attention to detail.
This role is based in London with occasional travel to Fort Cumberland
