A leading specialist commercial insurance firm with a global presence are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their underwriting population. This role will be based within the City of London where you will sit as part of a well-resourced and dynamic HR function.
As the HR Business Partner you will act as a dedicated business partner to their underwriting business line where you will provide effective, proactive and responsive HR support to senior management, line managers and staff based in various international locations. You will need to build strong relationships at all levels of management and provide sound advice to support managers and employees.
To be successful within this role you will need up to date knowledge of employment legislation, case law and HR best practice as well as the ability to influence managers at all levels. You will need strong experience dealing with complex issues as well as an outstanding knowledge of HR policies and procedures. You will have proven HR Business Partnering experience within an Insurance business and be able to demonstrate a range of leadership, behaviour and technical skills as well as having strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
