I am delighted to be working on a new Part Time HR Business Partner opportunity with a fantastic and unique client in the creative/leisure industry.
The business have previously had an external HR consultant to support them but are now looking for their first in-house HR professional! You will be supporting c.55 staff across the organisation including corporate, events, retail and hospitality.
You will work very closely with the Senior Leadership Team on to guide and develop the HR agenda for the organisation in areas such as training and development, diversity, leadership and recruitment. This is a truly generalist standalone role where you will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle so you will need to be comfortable being hands on and operational but also be able to work and partner at a strategic level. The HR basics are already in place but there will also be plenty of projects to get stuck into including launching appraisals and a bonus scheme.
The business are looking for a HR generalist (ideally CIPD qualified) who is an excellent relationship builder with strong stakeholder management skills as you will be working very closely with senior leaders.
The company has strong links with Japanese culture, so if you have Japanese language skills or an interest in Japanese culture this is highly desired!
Hours: 24 hours per week, 3 full days or 4/5 reduced hours - they are extremely flexible and you will also have an opportunity to work from home.
Location: Beautiful offices in Central London
Salary: £45-53,000 (FTE Salary)
