This leading international law firm is looking for a HR Manager to deliver a true Business Partnering HR service into some of its key practice areas. Working as part of a wider HR function and resporting onto a Senior HR Manager this is a diverse and varied BP role supporting both lawyers and partners across the business.
As a core member of the HR team, you are tasked with delivering the people agenda into your population and deliver on the firms vision of profitable growth, engaged people and outstanding client relationships. Leading the talent agenda for your assigned teams you will help to support the leadership in developing and engaging the best and brightest employees.
Working closely with leadership and employees to implement the growth agenda and optimise the size, shape and utilisation of your business segment through recruitment, talent management, and work allocation. Equally, you will be an advocate for the employees in your business(es) to ensure they receive the training, experiences and coaching they need for progression and continued success in the Firm.
Helping to identify issues and opportunities you will take part in designing and implementing specific initiatives and globally aligned programs to drive cultural change and engagement across the Firm.
Working collaboratively across the People team throughout all of the above by sharing best practices, leveraging backgrounds and skills sets to achieve a cohesive one-team experience.
The firm are looking to meet with solid HR Managers, ideally with legal experience, who are looking for a new challenge. Candidates must have gained experience within a partnership or financial service environment and have supported both UK and international groups ideally within a highly matrix structure.
