Are you a HR Business Partner looking to move into a global technology-led organisation?

I am working on a fantastic opportunity for a confident and strategic HRBP who is looking to join a global matrix organisation. Supporting their Technology division, the business is looking for a commercial HR Business Partner who can come in and hit the ground running.

In this role you will have excellent exposure to senior stakeholders in this true partnering role. The technology population is based both in the UK and internationally so you will have exposure at a global level. The business unit is going through considerable change and transformation, so you will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity and will need resilience. If you have had experience of implementing an agile operating model this would be a big plus!

As an HR team they like to challenge the status quo, so are looking for someone inquisitive, who will be able to successfully navigate the complex organisation. Your role will be 60% business partnering and 40% strategic change projects. The business are looking for someone who can evidence running large scale strategic projects from end to end.

As you will be supporting technology they are ideally looking for someone who has supported this client group before.

You'll be joining a high performing, sociable team and it's certainly an organisation that will provide development and progression opportunities.

Location - Central London (however the team are currently working remotely)

Salary - £55-60,000 + Bonus + Benefits
