I am working with a UK law firm, seeking an experienced HR Business Partner on a maternity cover. This role will have autonomy for the full HR Generalist lifecycle, support the business services division and work alongside skilled HR practitioners. This will include advising line management on HR policy, drive a supportive and employee centric environment as well as being an advisory function across the firm.
Further elements will include working on the firms annual salary and bonus reviews, guiding on ER issues including a caseload and ultimately advising commercial leadership on best practice. The firm has an annual appraisal and ongoing performance management processes which you would be involved in.
Finally, there is an active Diversity & Inclusion and Career Development push at the moment and so embedding this process and mindset is critical. Paying competitively the role will support circa 300 employees across various UK sites and initially will be working from home. A background in legal or professional services would be helpful.
