I am partnering with a Bristol based Professional Services firm that are looking to hire an HR Business Partner for 10 months to cover a period of maternity.
The HR function is currently going through a period of change and transformation, this position will support that change as the HR team embraces an HR Business Partner model that is strategically aligned to Partners and the senior leadership teams. Reporting to the HR Director, the position is responsible for supporting at Partner level for two departments. With this transition you will still be involved operationally where needed acting as the point of contact for all generalist HR matters.
Due to the nature of the position you must be immediately available to start. Ideally you will have HR Business Partnering experience gained within Professional Services or a similar Partnership-led environment. Other sectors are likely to be considered if closely aligned from a corporate perspective. With growth and the HR transformation there is potential for this role to be made permanent.
