My client a not for profit are looking to hire a HR Business Partner on a fixed term contract till December 2021. Working in a small team you will act as a point of contact for key stakeholders within the business. This is an exciting role giving you the opportunity to work for an engaging business who are passionate about the employee experience.
This is a true generalist role, and your duties will encompass: recruitment, business partnering, change management, organisational development, employee relations and key HR projects. Reporting to the Senior Business Partner you will work together to empower managers to lead autonomously. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop workforce development plans for staff. You will be working with Senior BP to support and manage Organisational and cultural change projects. You will take the lead on your ER caseload working with line managers to fairly resolves cases in line with the company values. You will support absence management to reduce and analyse long term sickness and absence.
To carry out this role you must have a strong HR background with extensive technical ER knowledge. You must have strong experience delivering change programmes, TUPE transfers, restructures, and redundancies. You must have a great eye for details and be used to working in a busy environment.
