This is a true business partner role with its own cleint group of two hundred, providing key support for their Global Markets Groups. Reporting into the Head of HR for the Americas, this is a very prominent and visible role with endless growth opportunity in the long term.
To be successful, this hire will be outgoing and skilled in the support and managenent of revenue driving groups, as well as able to move seamlessly between talent management initiatives, day to day relationship building and employee relations, and strategic consultation around recruiting and year end compensation process.You will have the opportunity to manage one junior resource and participate in HR projects spanning systems, data and reporting, various global projects.
The ideal candidate will possess 6 or more years as an HR Business Partner specifically in Financial Services who has spend some of those years supporting the front office. Low ego, excellence-driven, and higly collegial individuals thrive here in this big fish small pond role.
