I am excited to be partnering with a leading UK based professional services business that operates within the accounting sector.
They are looking for an experienced HR Business partner who will join the team working closely with key stakeholders within the Audit team to provide commercial people related advice and guidance to the specific client group and t the wider firm.
The role will report directly to the firm's People director and will have a focus on talent management, change and D&I with an aim of improving overall performance throughout the business.
As the HR business partner, it will be your responsibility to proactively make a meaningful contribution to developing and implementing relevant business strategies whilst developing a clear understanding and knowledge of all personnel within the Audit client group.
It will also be required that you become an expert on the relevant qualification paths for the professional and all internal promotion paths to enable full support for employees and partners.
Working closely with both the Talent Acquisition and Learning and Development teams, you will understand the firm's recruitment and training needs to advise the business on both strategic recruitment and L&D plans.
As the HR Business Partner, you will lead on all employee relations matters within the respective group and lead on all remuneration, promotion and other cyclical processes liaising with the people team to ensure documentation and implementation are actioned.
This is a true Business Partnering role where you will be required to sit with the business and help to develop ongoing processes that benefit the Audit client group and the wider business.
This is an ideal role for someone who has experience coming from a professional services sector background and has proven experience influencing key business stakeholders whilst providing knowledge of best practice HR processes within a corporate environment.
This role will suit someone with an analytical and curious mindset with strong organisational and communication skills.
