Our client, a tech enabled Global Financial Services firm with a robust international footprint is seeking a dynamic, passionate, HR Business Partner to join their main US office in Chicago.
If you are proactive, relationship savvy, and a strong developer of talent, this exciting role could be well suited. In addition to onboarding, people and culture work, performance management, engagement, development and compensation initiatives, this energetic and smart HR practitioner will serve as the day-to-day contact for all Employee Relations issues for their shared client group in the US and Canada. They will also be afforded the chance to work internationally with partners in EMEA as needed, with additional projects available to gain great global exposure.
The ideal individual will have 8+ years of true HR Business Partner experience in agile, relationship centric, and most of all dynamic financial, tech, or professional services settings. There are also many exciting opportunities to dive into very granular project work around process improvement, engagement, and enhancing programs with an eye toward further supporting the full employee lifecycle. Experience in financial services supporting tech groups and revenue drivers is highly desired, as would experience with M&A, global change management, and integration work.
This role will need to be in the office on a hybrid basis for 3 days a week.
